Goo Goo Ga Ga

I have wonderful news today. My brother and sister in law are going to have a baby!! Hooray Hooray for the both of them. They both have been wanting this for years. IVF is a wonderful thing.

Speaking of babies, my sister in law and brother in law (on my husband's side) are also having a baby in the next couple of weeks. I am so excited for the both of them. In fact, I will be travelling to Las Vegas this weekend to be with them till the birth of their baby boy. Lucky me!! I am going to be an aunt again! I am already an aunt to three nieces now I will be an aunt to a nephew! It is so wonderful to see my family grow. Really, I cannot wait to be a mommy!

Hairstyles? Which One?

My hair is all long and scraggly. The only way I know how to style my hair is to put it up in a ponytail. I am getting sick and tired of this look. A new year deserves a new look. I have decided to be gutsy and have a new haircut..something funky and shaggy...and with color. Perhaps Red!

I have picked out a few styles that I like . What do you think?

Where do I Start?

The house is a mess. My room is worse. It looks like a tornado went through it. I dont know where to begin. I also have a huge pile of laundry including my sheets, quilt, duvet cover and pillow cases. Looks like I will be doing at least 5 loads of washing today. I am about to embark on a crazy organisation task but you know that one has to make a huge mess to really get organised. I am also thinking of rearranging the furniture in my room but I think I will have to leave that for next weekend.

5 hours later.... 6.00p.m

I am doing the last load of washing. I will have to put this load in the dryer as the suns gone down. Ummm I am hungry. Stomachs rumbling. Got to go cook!

Brunch at Prasadan

Went to this funky organic cafe on Sunset Blv for Brunch.
I ordered a grilled Portabello Mushroom on a French Baguette
with a side of green salad.
The food was awesome.
The chef spunky!!
The company great!!

Gallery Hopping

The first Saturday of the month is OPEN gallery viewing. Delmy, Spencer, Edwin and I battled the pouring rain and went to three different galleries, SIXSPACE, GIANT ROBOT and BLACK MARKET.
